  • Proofread and fact check all print, digital and video work, including but not limited to direct mail, emails, website, affiliates, in-store signage & collateral and advertising
  • Proofread terms and conditions for all deliverables across channels
  • Works closely with editorial team, creative project managers, creatives and strategy
  • Partner with editorial team to update and maintain style guides/reference tools


  • 2-3 years of experience in editorial, publishing, or any relevant role
  • Bachelors degree required
  • Strong knowledge of editorial process
  • Experience working with editors, copywriters, and creative marketing teams
  • Ability to multitask and focus in a busy work environment
  • Excellent time management and communication skills
  • Mac proficient
  • Knowledge of adobe indesign, photoshop and illustrator preferred but not required
  • Proofreading in a markup tool (like ProofHQ) a plus, but not required
  • Experience working in a project management tool a plus, but not required
