    Essential duties and responsibilities to include:

    • Partner with merchandising, design, and brand stylist to bring the creative direction to all global showrooms (NY, Japan, Europe) quarterly while maintaining brand standards throughout all installations.
    • Owner of all showroom related communication including but not limited to: product placement and styling guidelines, creative layer ups, seasonal licensed category guidelines and fixture development in collaboration with VP of Global VM, Creative Team and global business leaders.
    • Create/ manage/ distribute all global calendars while being the liaison between multiple teams on communication. Create workload calendars to meet deadlines for each showroom. Partner with merchandising and licensing teams to meet all business needs.
    • Partner with in-house Licensing Team and Tapestry Store Environments Team on all renovations, including fixture development for showrooms and retail locations
    • Partner with headquarters facilities lead on maintaining showrooms, office decor and private offices.
    • Partner with VP of Global Visual Merchandising, creative, and marketing teams on all needs around PR events, trade shows, in-office events, and other store related events.
    • Partner with VP of Global Visual Merchandising to provide global insight in relationship to merchandising, display and fixture needs. Maintain global consistency in all aspects of merchandising, training and propping, partnering with global visual teams



    Skills and Abilities required:


    • Proven experience in merchandise presentation skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum of 6 years corporate visual merchandising. Retail store experience ideal
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines
    • Works well both as part of a team and independently
    • High-level leadership skills with the ability to communicate effective and graciously with all levels within the organization, including strength in presentation skills
    • Ability to manage all personal visual travel, entertainment budgets and calendars
    • Strong attention to detail, accuracy and follow through
    • Ability to prioritize work load through time management
    • Maintain awareness of current trends in visual presentation
    • Ability to travel and maintain flexible schedule
    • Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook


    Physical requirements:


    • Flexibility to work on off peak hours including weekends and overnights
    • Able to safely lift/move 50 lbs
    • Comfortable with heights and climbing ladders
    • Able to travel using various forms of transportation
